What does Coaching cover?
Coaching is not counselling. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Coaching as partnering with client-partners in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of Coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
Coaches ask powerful, thought provoking questions, knowing that the clients are naturally creative, resourceful, capable and whole. This process creates a space for the client to unpack their own answers and direction.
